The Area 4 police are on the hunt for four suspected robbers who carried out a series of armed robberies at several gas stations in the corporate area on Wednesday.
The men targeted locations along Maxfield Avenue, West Main Drive, and Harbour View.
During the chaos at the Deanery Road station, the suspects shot a female pump attendant in the chest before leaving the scene.
The woman was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital where she remains in critical condition.
The robbers escaped in a silver Toyota Probox vehicle after hitting the three confirmed gas stations.
Surveillance cameras at one of the gas stations captured the entire incident on video.
Police are now reviewing the footage for clear identification of the criminals.
A manhunt has been launched to apprehend the four dangerous suspects.
