Two killed at candlelight vigil in St. Mary

Following the death of D’Johnnay Graham last week, mourners gathered at a candlelight vigil at her home in Essex, St. Mary, on Thursday.

However, the vigil held to remember the teaching assistant’s life and stand in solidarity with her family ended with another fatal, tragic incident.

According to reports, at about 10:00 p.m. last night, a man and a woman who were attending the vigil were shot and killed by unknown assailants.

The deceased has been identified as Shaquille Harris, otherwise known as ‘Big Red’, and Tiffany Douse, also called ‘Nikki’, both of St. Catherine addresses.

Shaquille and Tiffany are said to be the relatives of the cop accused of murdering the teacher.

Graham was allegedly shot and killed by her boyfriend on June 25 after a domestic dispute between the pair.

Her spouse, a constable assigned to the St. Andrew North police division, allegedly shot her with his service pistol before using the weapon to shoot himself.

However, the officer survived the alleged suicide attempt.
