Tragedy has struck following a gun attack in the Waltham Park area on Monday night.
Five men have reportedly died and one was injured and taken to the hospital where he is undergoing treatment.
Preliminary reports suggest that around 7:50pm, gunmen drove into the 85 Lane community off Waltham Park Road and opened fire on a group of elderly men.
Eyewitnesses say the men were armed with high-powered rifles.
None of the deceased have so far been identified.
The police have cordoned off the area and are currently investigating to ascertain a motive for the attack.
Last week, Jamaica recorded its bloodiest week from November 16 to November 23 with 44 murders, the highest for any seven days this year.
