A man was shot and killed along Campbell’s Boulevard and Waltham Park Road in Kingston on Monday evening.
The deceased has been identified only as ‘Rushane’ of a Kingston address.
Reports are that the now-deceased was standing outside a wholesale on Campbell’s Boulevard when he was approached by gunmen and shot.
Eyewitnesses say the armed men then escaped in a waiting motor vehicle.
The police were later summoned and the victim was rushed to the Kingston Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Detectives cordoned off the area and the wholesale closed for the day following investigations.
