A 20-year-old woman was reportedly shot and killed Monday night on Kent Avenue around 8:30 pm.
The victim was later identified by family members and friends as Deneisha Samuels, otherwise known as ‘Anna’ of a Warricka Hill, Norwood, St James address.
It is alleged that Deneisha was with her ex-boyfriend, Steven, when the two got into an argument which became physical.
Steven reportedly walked away and returned in a white Toyota Axio motor car and shot his ex-girlfriend multiple times in the head and upper body.
Steven is being asked to turn himself in by noon on February 13, 2024, for questioning to help assist investigators.
The ex-boyfriend is only known by his alias, ‘Steven’ but is said to be of a Rose Heights address in the parish.
