At least five people are confirmed dead, and several others were injured following a serious motor vehicle crash in Trelawny on Friday morning.
The collision occurred along the North Coast Highway near Zion in the Martha Brae area. The incident involved a minibus and a truck.
Emergency personnel, including police officers and firefighters, quickly responded to the scene as rescue efforts got underway.
Authorities have also set up a security cordon in the area while they manage the incident and carry out investigations.
Motorists are being diverted from the affected section of the highway as emergency crews continue their work.
