During a clip from an interview that has been circulating on social media, Dancehall artiste Intence shared his near-death experience after he overdosed on drugs.
While the deejay did not disclose the type of drugs he was on, he shared that he was doing an excessive amount of drugs so he could keep up with the log hours required to make music.
“Me’s a bwoy weh use to all pop pill hard and dem ting deh…Pop pill hard just fi voice and stay up, and one a di time dem mi end up like mi overdose,” Intense shared.
The Yeng deejay went on to describe his near-death experience and how doctors resuscitated him.
“One a di time dem mi overdose and end up a di hospital… and mi feel mi body dead. Like mi dead, dead, dead. Mi naw feel nutting only ting mi start si a just bay light a come towards mi… And mi si di doctor dem. Mi cyah si clearly but mi can glance dem and mi si di doctor dem a rush.. and mi can feel dem a pump, pump,” Intence said.
The artiste added that it felt like he had died and come back to life.
