St. Andrew North’s most wanted Keith ‘Neeko’ Newman, was shot and killed by members of the Jamaica Constabulary Force in Spanish Town, St. Catherine, Wednesday morning.
Neeko was on the police’s radar for several murders including the killing of two schoolboys last year on December 12 at Airy Castle Road in Stony Hill, St Andrew.
He was also wanted for the murder of Adrian Hines, a 37-year-old who was shot at his gate on Airy Castle Road.
The police are tight-lipped on how the operation was carried out. However, the Independent Commission Of Investigations INDECOM is investigating.
Neeko was also a person of interest in the shooting and injuring of one man last week at Red Gyal Ring.
