Jamaica has experienced yet another mass shooting at a party in New Roads, Westmoreland on Monday night.
The incident happened around 10:30 pm when armed men traveling in a black Toyota Fielder motor vehicle invaded a bar on New Roads and opened fire on the patrons.
Preliminary reports suggest that four people were fatally shot and four were injured.
Four died on the spot.
The deceased has been identified as Rocky Lawrence, Damion Baker also known as ‘Telly’, and Odane Scott otherwise called ‘Moses’.
The fourth unidentified man only known by his alias ‘Future’ is believed to be one of the culprits who died in a friendly fire.
The Westmoreland police are currently investigating to find a motive behind last night’s horror.
