One man is in custody and another is being sought by the police in connection with the attempted stabbing of a man.
Police have arrested 21-year-old Rishabh Barua, a resident of Ajax in Southern Ontario.
Barua reportedly attacked a man who confronted dangerous drivers in Scarborough.
The incident occurred around 10:30am on Sunday in the vicinity of Kennedy Road and Danforth.
A video circulating on Social Media shows Barua exiting a vehicle, armed with a knife, and rushing towards the man filming the altercation.
Barua faces charges of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, dangerous operation of a conveyance, and assault with a weapon.
The police are also seeking help from the public in identifying the passenger in Barua’s vehicle.
He’s described to be of Jamaican descent, sporting a black beard and short dreadlocks, and was clad in a red outfit and black running shoes.
