Goat thieves get ‘Jungle Justice’ in Clarendon

Two males, accused of attempting to steal goats were killed by residents in Rock River, Clarendon.

It is reported that the now-deceased men were trespassing on a farm in the parish when a farmer made an alert.

The two men were chased then captured by angry residents and beaten with rocks.

The police were summoned and upon their arrival, the bodies were taken to the hospital and both men were pronounced dead.

Head of Clarendon Police Division SSP Glenford Miller have launched an investigation into the incident.

The deceased have not been identified by family members.
