Mother, Father and son found dead in Spanish Town

A triple murder has rocked the community of Waterloo in Spanish Town early Tuesday morning.

Both parents and their son was found dead inside their home about 5:40am by residents who then called the police.

The community of Waterloo has been left into shock and mourning when news of the horrendous act started to spread.

The deceased have been identified as Saron Francis-Wellington, 36 year-old, her husband, Omar Wellington, 43 and their 16 year-old son, Orlando Wellington, a student of Innswood High School.

The Jamaica-Detectives of the St. Catherine North Division are currently at the scene investigating to find the cause of death.

All three had their hands bound, mouth gagged and throat slashed, though residents reported hearing gunshots around 3am.

A motive for the gruesome killing is not yet ascertain but investigators from the Major Investigations Division are combing for any leads.
